Merbau is medium brown colored wood with reddish/orange highlights with a course graining. Many pieces exhibit yellow "flecking" in the pores. Merbau is recognised as being 150% harder than red oak - Choose this product for many years pleasure with your selection. The wider boards command a premium as they are so highly desirable, you really will not find a better wide board solid hardwood than this!
This product really is excellent, coming prefinished with a highly durable natural laquer for surface protection.The laquer includes Aluminium Oxide to extend the durability of the product
All the boards are micro-bevelled on the edge to fully enhance the effect of the fitted floor.
Suitable for domestic or commercial use it is best installed with secret nailing or full adhesive system.
