Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver within 3 days of the order being placed (subject to cleared funds). We may arrange quicker delivery upon request. Please contact us for details.
Shipping charges
We offer free delivery on all orders over £525.00 to mainland UK addresses, a surcharge may apply to some Northern Scotland and
Island locations, such as Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isle of Man, please e-mail us to arrange delivery if you are in this area.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be
emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Guarantee
All products are subject to a manufacturers guarantee of at least 12 months, subject to conditions which are available upon request.
Damaged Goods
Goods must be checked upon delivery any damaged goods must be returned to the driver for return to Floors Galore Ltd. Replacement goods
or refunds will be issued within 7 days (Subject to product availability). We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted.
Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that received goods are faulty, please contact us to arrange a collection. A refund or replacement will then be issued within 7 working
days (subject to product availability).We cannot accept liability for damages or errors if goods have been fitted.
Cancellation Rights
All consumers have the right to cancel their order with Floors Galore Ltd within 7 days of receipt of goods without giving a reason.
The consumer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and all monies will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
This does not affect the consumers statutory rights.
